Postnatal Foundations is a self-paced course designed to help you address the changes that your body has seen during pregnancy and start to build some solid foundations for returning to exercise after having a baby.
Suitable for mums from 6 weeks postpartum - the Course will guide you through a series of follow along workouts and coaching sessions that will leave you feeling:

empowered with the knowledge to make exercise work FOR YOU
The postnatal period is THE best time to truly get to know your body, if you take the time to do so.
Through the coaching sessions I offer, and the movement tutorials – you’ll begin to understand the benefit of moving mindfully, knowing what works for your body, what doesn’t, what you can change.
Because once movement feels better, feels GOOD, it’s easier for us to make a habit of it.

The Course is divided into three Phases: Core Fundamentals, Phase One and Phase Two.
The ‘Physio’ Room – bonus content from Clare Bourne and Pentony O’Hagan to help you navigate pelvic health concerns and other aches, pains or niggles.
Members’ Hub – a members-only space where we can discuss the Course, share our journeys, and I can give you details of all the workshops and webinars coming up that YOU, as a Postnatal Foundations Member, would get access to for FREE for the whole six months that you have access to the Course.
Phase Three – An Introduction to Returning to Running. To be uploaded in September 2022, free to all of those already signed up to the Course.

A set of dumbbells (I work with two, one light set and one medium. Tins of beans work fine for a light set, and on average, people tend to go for 4kg for their medium set. I usually say aim for a weight that at least matches the weight of your baby…)
